CANCELLATION AND REFUND

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. On such cancellations, you will receive a full refund (as per Section 3 below).

  • Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not possible. You may instead follow our Returns/Exchange policy (if applicable).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion in certain cases including (but not limited to):

    • Product out of stock or unavailable at the time of dispatch

    • Incorrect pricing or system error

    • Suspected fraudulent transaction

    • Delivery address falls in a non-serviceable area as determined by our courier partner
      In all such cases, you will be informed and a full refund will be processed as per Section 3 below.

2. Refund Policy

  • For cancelled orders (before dispatch) or approved returns (see separate Returns & Exchange policy if applicable), refunds will be made via the same payment method used during purchase whenever possible.

  • Refund timelines: Prepaid payments will be processed within a reasonable time (typically 2-7 business days) after the cancellation/return is approved.   • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed by bank NEFT/IMPS or other method as mutually agreed.

  • If any charges are incurred (e.g., bank/settlement fees, courier return cost) where applicable and clearly disclosed, a deduction may apply — though we strive to keep such deductions minimal and transparent.

3. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once the product is in transit, it is considered shipped.

  • Refund will be refused or partial refund may be applied if it is found that the customer’s return request or product conditions do not meet our policy requirements (e.g., damaged without fault of the company) — as detailed in the Returns & Exchange policy.

  • Amounts already collected such as shipping charges may be refunded or not based on the disclosure communicated at time of purchase.
